About this hotel
We found the tub in Best Western Galena Inn & Suites' own photographs, so the label on this page is what the room actually has. A guest put it this way: “Awesome hot tub with colored changing lights and champagne bubbles.” At about $84 a night it is among the cheaper verified tub stays in Galena, where we list 14.

The included breakfast had the items I normally find, with one nice exception: the mix of potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage. This combination isn't something I've found before, and was a tasty change. Please keep it on the menu. The scrambled eggs were of a higher quality than I normally find at these breakfasts, too. Whoever your source is, or whoever is preparing these items, is creating a product better than the competition. It isn't gourmet, but the texture, appearance, and taste were very acceptable, and made for a good start to the day.. I didn't have any major complaints. The room served its purpose of providing a safe, clean, comfortable sleeping environment, along with a hot shower. If I must complain about something, it would be the automatic closing of the door; it was very forceful and loud

The room was clean and the staff was really friendly and they offered hot food for breakfast Even though there's only two floors they don't have an elevator.

The staff was very friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The parking lot was a bit unorthodox, and needs repair.

I wasn’t expecting a cabin feel to the room. I was just expecting the standard Best Western. My room even had a balcony. I would highly recommend
