New, no carpet flooring, comfortable bed, microwave,good size refrigerator (but no freezer compartment ), safe, ironing board and iron, a good amount of outlets, walking distance to places to eat as well as a grocery store and several gas stations nearby. The weather was really hot and humid but the A/C kept us comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool which we didn’t use but it looked great. Outdated shower head but it worked ok, dispensers in the tub/shower were shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, but no soap. At the sink there was a bottle of conditioner and a very tiny bar of soap. The breakfast was very limited.

Very welcoming, quiet environment. Bed was comfortable. Nice layout. Kids enjoyed the pool. Did not realize there was not an elevator. Carpet looked like it needed cleaned. Room was not well supplied. The soap dispenser was empty at the sink outside bathroom & nearly empty in shower as well as the conditioner. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety at all, very limited.

Around many food options and a store to get any thing you may need. It has tried to be updated but it still is older and the carpet has seen better days. You can tell it is clean just older. Breakfast is there but has very little. One night was okay for us but wouldn’t want to stay more then that.
