Staff waived the $100 mandatory deposit for smoking. There was plenty of parking available. My room was close to the front desk, so it was easy to come and go. The room itself was nice and what I expected for the price. When I checked in, one member of staff was yelling on the phone about a personal matter. The person checking me in was in training and couldn't complete the check-in until a third member of staff came to help. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a pre-paid check-in. The breakfast was almost non-existent. There was only one option for cereal, only white bread for toast. The only hot item was packaged oatmeal. I understand that people may not always want breakfast, but there should be at least pastries or a better variety of bread items (bagels, english muffins, etc). There was no staff in the off

The hotel was comfortable and clean for a stay to attend UI football game. The price was adequate for what was offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast consisted of cereal, packaged oatmeal, and other basic items. There was also, coffee and juice. The outside facility had some type of droppings that staff could have cleaned up. Location It was in need of a refresh the walls needed to be painted the tub, toilet and shower had stains, the halls smelled of weed. When you walk in it’s not very welcoming with signs all over: there was bullet proof glass at check in window no one there at checkout. Definitely just a place to sleep and shower!
