It was essentially downtown. Parking was easy and great restaurants nearby. Everything is walking distance. A bit dated. We couldn't open the drapes in our ground floor unit - too exposed to people outside - so it felt dark. The hotel is three separate buildings which is fine. We were in the building with the jacuzzi and it was quiet. Had to contact the front desk to get the tv remote to work. They had just replaced the monitor and the default settings weren't right.

The customer service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. I love having separate bathroom sinks for my husband and myself. I left my computer charger cord and the staff could not have been more helpful getting it back to me. Lovely...

Location is great. Walkable to the beach and lake. It's an older hotel/motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is cereal and grab and go items.
