Being across the street from Idaho Falls hydroelectric project with a beautiful walking path The bolt lock on the entry door couldn’t engage to the frame and being able to see light around the edges of the door was concerning. The pool wasn’t clean or circulating through the filter. The ice machine was broken.

It was quite filthy the bathroom I know due to no upgrade renovation but still the bathroom was very dirty found hair on the floor bugs in the bed and floor but luckily no bed bugs although the stay was pleasant and worried that I was afraid might catch the bed bugs. Very dirty no cleanliness

I liked how it was across from the water falls. I didn’t like the ghetto feel. The pool was dirty and the rooms were slightly clean. The TV did not work except for commercials. The internet did not work either. They did try to get it going but did not work!

The room was very clean. The outside of the property was not clean and it did not feel safe. Even after the remodel I would not stay there again. The breakfast was at the sister hotel (which was fine) but they were running out and not prepared.

Exceptional location. The breakfast area was too crowded and dirty. The food was pitiful, with hot food such as fried eggs and sausages served cold, just out of the fridge. The outside areas were filthy.
