The woman at the check-in desk was very attentive, kind, and had a great aura. I forgot her name. But she made my stay invaluable. I had an issue with my initial room and requested a better room. She made sure this happened, and her service exceeded my expectations—very great location. The IPIC Theater and Politan Row are practically connected to the hotel via the 2nd floor. The decor was warm, inviting, and pleasantly colorful. The breakfast buffet was wholesome---bacon, eggs, oatmeal, French toast, coffee, fruit, orange juice, and more. They also have à la carte options. I am glad they had c The initial room had a toilet issue and was just very uninviting. No view. A young man at the check-in desk gave me that room, and I was not pleased. It was my first time staying there. I think he could have given me a better room since the hotel was not that full. But the woman I spoke to about this was more than happy to accommodate my request for a new room. The pool is currently out of service, but there was another hotel where guests could use the pool.

The hotel was great, the staff were excellent and the bar did nice meals. For something different from the hotel meals there is a food court behind the hotel with plenty of options. Its a 5 minute walk down to a street full of bars and plenty going on in the surrounding area. Only slight negative was that the pool was closed for refurbishment, we had planned on using that one of the days we were there. There was an option to use the pool at the sister hotel nearby but we didn't go in the end with it not being on site.

The property was very close to the Botanic Gardens and The High Museum which was great! The door to my room would get stuck and was very hard to open and the room smelled a little musty. The pool was closed due to a broken pipe which was unfortunate and one of the reasons I chose the hotel.

Staff.. Exceptionally Amazing! Very polite and helpful! Little nuances such as outdated carpets, not so comfortable beds, loose wall fixtures, hot elevators. And unfortunately during our stay unfortunately the pool was out of service.

Love the decor of the hotel and second floor food court is awesome. That we had to vacate the second floor around ten even though we were guest of the hotel because we did not have a wrist band when the nightlife started

The staff were amazing, from valet to housekeeping. Anthony at the front was awesome during check in. There was a bit of a wait so he upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast which was surprisingly delicious.
