Quality Inn Dahlonega Near University

Nice room, lovely white towels. Staff were lovely, and very helpful. To say we were disappointed that pool was empty, is an understatememt! I only booked this hotel because of the pool. Can you imagine if you were away on holiday, only to find the swimming pool empty. You shouldn't advertise a hotel with a pool if they haven't got one. I spoke to a couple more guests and they were as upset as I was.

Very convenient to downtown. Even though it is on a state highway, sound was not a problem and my room was on the front. Very clean room! Very safe area if traveling alone, no worries. Breakfast is continental, various choices, I wanted that. (If you want a full hot bkfast there are several restaurants downtown very quick 5min drive away)

Updated enough for a good stay. Location was convenient to local dining Only seating for 10 people for breakfast. You had to microwave frozen egg patties, sausage biscuits. You guessed it, only 1 small microwave. Have to the rest of the breakfast choices were ok.

Nice pool, room was acceptable Only minimum pool towels available (4). 3 Kleenex tissues in the container. Water pressure in the shower was minimal. Breakfast was very basic and in a small room with 4 tables (2 tables were only for 2 people)

The staff are amazing. There was a nice variety for breakfast. The room was clean when we arrived. This hotel allows dogs. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. The ceiling in the shower is chipping off. The bed was not really comfortable.

Close to the college, easy to park and get in and out of. Older than pictured, which is fine but was in need of updating. But it could have been the room we had and they hadn’t gotten to ours for the update.
