FIrst off, the beds were super soft. The air conditioner was very cold and comfortable. The room smelled super clean except whe we smelled weed from the roofers. I was very pleased that we were so closs to downtown. I thought it was the4 wrong time to have the roof done while we were there. It took them all day and my grand child had a hard time napping because of the noise. I also didn;t like because I had to wait so long for someone to bring toilet paper to the room.

Clean,comfortable and within walking distance to several different locations. Thin walls no conversation privacy. We were watching tv and could hear talking over the tv. So I walked outside and it was a couple having a normal conversation not being loud at all.

It was clean and very close to everything downtown. Maybe 5 minutes away walking. The toiletries provided weren’t that great and the noise from other people was constant early in the morning and late at night. We could hear everything.

We were very close to the downtown area, where all the shops and restaurants are located. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is what we wanted. It took a few minutes to get used to the all mobile check in process.

Love the location and the outside fire pit was awesome. The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. And the windmill is like a landmark and anyone who has been to Helen knows about it. Definitely will be staying there in the future.
