Ms. Jigna Patel, the staff at the counter was very professional and friendly. She was ready to get me into another room when I called and told her that the AC was not working and that the room was very hot. Wonderful person with a great attitude and personality. Breakfast was okay. Did not like the way the eggs were cooked, a bit watery. The room had a very bad smell to it as soon as I got in. The bed was never made up properly. It seemed like the sheets were just pulled up and did not appear to be properly made up. Body Wash bottle was completely empty. Did not have a pen to leave a note but left a long piece of tissue hanging from the empty bottle hoping it would trigger their attention but that didn’t help.
