Location is in a quiet area of South International Drive. Far enough away from busy traffic to make drive to and from hotel a more relaxing experience. However, it is so close to SR536 and Osceola Parkway which are the main entrance routes to Disney as well as the I-4 for travel to Universal, Sea World and connection to Florida's East and West coast attractions and airports. Within 2-3 miles of Disney Springs and the nearest shopping outlet malls. Our room was very spacious and looked to have been recently refurbished (we had a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom layout). The lounge and dining areas were very spacious and the kitchen area was well equipped and we made regular use of the in-room laundry facilities, particularly useful for a long stay. Outside veranda was a great facility to have and great to wake up to early morning views over the lake before heading off for some hard days spent at the parks! We had a small issue with our (very large) TV operation. I had only reported this issue at reception one evening and found an engineer already at work by the time I drove back to our room! Really impressed! The outdoor pool was a great size and the hot tub was great and there was no shortage of loungers in the area. Some in our group also made regular use of the fitness room which was also well equipped.
