Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible beachfront location, luxurious rooms, and outstanding amenities. The staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help. The pool, beach service, restaurants, and overall atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and we truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We also truly appreciated that the hotel recognized us as great guests, which made our experience feel even more personal and special. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Nothing. I could go on and on about what I liked. This is an exceptional hotel. The staff, facilities, room, bathroom, everything is top quality. I would most certainly go back again. I honestly can't think of one thing that I didn't like. Maybe the fact that the roof top bar closed at midnight during the week, would have been nice to have had it open later but maybe that's a licensing law.
