The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and offers outstanding facilities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. Everything was conveniently located and easily accessible. The restaurants were excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality food. The casino was fantastic and provided a great entertainment experience. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The room rates are significantly higher than those of other luxury hotels in the Tampa area, even for the basic rooms. While the property is excellent, the pricing feels difficult to justify compared to similar high-end hotels nearby. Also, because the resort is so large and the layout is quite complex, it can sometimes be difficult to find certain restaurants or other facilities, especially for first-time visitors. Better signage or a more user-friendly wayfinding system would make the experience even better.
