“The staff is great and very helpful, assisting every time to make sure we have a great stay. They even delivered a Happy Birthday goodie bag to our room for our son birthday. All of them have been great and attentive. The pools and hot tubs can be a bit cleaner and better maintained. Also, in the room the inside of the toilet bowl under the rim could be cleaned better. The bathtubs need a coat or changed. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both bathtubs had signs of heavy wear, one of them even a bit of rust. The rest of the room looked clean. I am very peculiar about toilets on the inside under the rim of the seat and bathtubs as they can dampen your stay if you feel are not cleaned well.”— a guest review of Buena Vista Suites Orlando
