Breakfast was fine, rooms are always great. Numerous issues- My late evening arrival, no one greeted me or offered to help with luggage or even opened the door. My TV didn't function when I checked in. It took a couple hours to repair. Why wouldn't someone have tested it prior to my arrival? (after cleaning?) It took two days to get a bottle opener. My i-Pad didn't work for 2 days. Finally, on the last day, 2 of 3 elevators were inoperative. I worked for an elevator company, they make their money from 24/7 service! They were never repaired all day, causing us to almost miss our flight due to the delay in getting down from our room.

Location Booking confirmed breakfast included. When we booked out, we were charged extra for breakfast. When questioned the front desk lady argued the matter by saying when we checked in we were given a letter to say we get a certain amount per day for breakfast. I objected as one cannot say breakfast is included and then change extra. Only after making the point that one complains and nine vote with their feet, and the lady saying something in Russian, she offered to remove the extra charge for breakfast from the account. The resort exceeded all of my expectations and I've never experienced this level of accommodations at any resort. The communication was stellar, the resort itself had everything we needed and they truly went above and beyond to provide the 5 star experience. There were no hidden fees. No issues at all. You get what you pay for! One restaurant recommendation givdn to us for dinner was the Surf Club, which is a popular restaurant at The Four Seasons.
