The gentleman at the desk was very nice, he saw a need that we had and offered a fix for it .. simple but very thoughtful and helpful! The ladies providing breakfast were so pleasant and present. Very refreshing! There was only one very small tube of body wash... so 9/10 of it was gone after the first shower. So we used shampoo.... Not the greatest, but better than nothing. The housekeeper said that it was ordered but hadn't come in. I know, it seems like a small thing, but.... So, thank you for listening. Everything else was great.

Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. My room appeared clean until I moved the little ottomans from under the desk and there was two blue clear Advils on the floor. Thankfully kids did not get to them. Also there is tape on the wall behind the door maybe from a party or something prior to my stay. Usually the rooms are clean. Not sure what happened but I am grateful I found the Advil before the kids.
