Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, breakfast was decent and changed every morning, and the fresh cookies daily with hot water and coffee always available was a real treat. The fitness center was reasonably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the walk ability into Hartford. One of the stairwells smelled strongly of cigarettes and I learned the pool was closed on arrival.
