Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, breakfast was decent and changed every morning, and the fresh cookies daily with hot water and coffee always available was a real treat. The fitness center was reasonably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the walk ability into Hartford. One of the stairwells smelled strongly of cigarettes and I learned the pool was closed on arrival.

The beds were very comfortable, maybe the best bed we slept in while traveling. The rooms were very quiet as well. Eggs and sausage at breakfast weren't great but other food was delicious.

I liked having access to coffee and tea all hours of the day. The staff were friendly and I appreciated the breakfast options. Hotel not too far from the highway. Maybe have the pool open.

The friendly check-in. The newness of it all. The hotel is over construction, and the look and smell of new carpet and paint helped to look past the construction sites 😀

Indoor pool was newly renovated with the rest of the hotel. Beautiful. Staff was excellent. Hilton treats like royalty.Requested a microwave and was in the room by the time I went up.
