The Broadmoor

After enjoying my first stay at the Broadmoor, I can not imagine how it could have been any better, the staff, the cuisine, the facility, the atmosphere definitively exceeded every pre-visit expectation. I would like to specifically mention Ralph in reservations who worked with me to change and confirm my room reservation from one initially assigned in the Broadmoor West to one in the main building for which I am deeply appreciative. I look forward to my next stay at this amazing oasis. I am unable to think of a single negative that occurred during my stay - I found it perfect in every aspect, I only wished that my stay could have been longer.

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. I loved the coffee in the room, the comfy robes and the luggage tags they gave us. The pool is especially beautiful. The room was luxurious and comfortable. Complimentary transportation to 7 falls and other nearby sites was also available. The food we had was delicious but all the restaurants are very expensive. I would have loved to bring my kids and grandkids here in the future but the cost of food ($19.00 kids chicken fingers) makes it undoable.

Everything! The staff is just absolutely fantastic and always make guests feel welcomed and well cared for! Rooms are so comfortable and well appointed and always so much to do if you want to (or just relax). Restaurants were top notch and such a great variety of options. Concierge text option was also incredibly helpful It would be hard to find anything. I would only suggest hooks for towels need the shower but that is all!

Very beautiful. I liked the idea that the hotel gives so many job opportunities both for young people and old people. The lake is amazing, the outdoor pool is fun and warm, the decoration all over is very beautiful. It looks like the room wasn’t a great value for the money. Most of the activities cost extra, and I wasn’t able to play golf the activity I was most looking forward to even though I stayed for five days.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The entire hotel was very clean and kept. There's plenty to do in the hotel itself, but quite a few activities nearby as well (Pikes peak, Manitou Cliff dwellings, Seven falls). The resort has shuttles that can take you to nearby places. All the restaurants offer great food and drinks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

My new favorite hotel! Absolutely beautiful hotel and the most professional staff. Room service was incredible along with the spa and million other amenities. Cannot wait to go back. Wish I had more time here. Pool closes a little early.
