Charming hotel in a great location. The staff is also incredibly friendly and professional, especially in the lobby restaurant. The lobby itself is also very comfortable, and they have "wine o'clock service" in the early evening and a nightcap at the front desk. Also coffee in the morning. It's an old hotel that's been updated, but some things (like the electrical system) did not get updated properly. on the first night, we turned on a hair dryer and it popped the circuit breaker for our room--the whole room went completely dark. We left and when we returned in a couple of hours they'd reset it. On the second day we returned to our room to find that all of the elevators were out of service, except for the service elevator. We went upstairs, went to bed, and when we woke up the elevators were running again. On the third day something else happened. I can't remember what it was, b

Breakfast was amazing every day, we were so thankful we added that package to our reservation. Overall, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, elegantly, decorated, and really a treat to stay in. Housekeeping schedule was pretty frustrating. We only had our room cleaned twice by our choice. Both times we knew we’d be out of the room for the majority of the day. On both occasions the room was not cleaned by the time we got back in the late afternoon. The first time we asked, and they sent someone immediately up. It still was rather frustrating. The second time, we left early in the morning and didn’t get back till after 4:20 PM. The housekeeper had just opened our door. Only two towels were stocked in the room, we needed extra towels. I would have appreciated better communication with o

The room was very spacious. The breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, but the portions were large. There was a funny smell at the hotel hallway and the room. I am not sure the air-conditioning was working well. It was missing fresh air, that's all. After 12+ hours travel, I had to wait for over 20 minutes at the desk for check-in as the lady was on the phone.

Excellent downtown location - easy walking to everywhere. The in-house restaurant Panzano was superb - no need to venture out into the cold if you want a great meal in a great restaurant. Rooms are a little small but ok. There really isn't much lighting though so rooms seem really dark even with every light on.

Great room size with comfortable couch. Excellent access to walk to great restaurants & Coors Field. Power next to bed was spotty making cpap use difficult. Elevators were out of order - a minor inconvenience since we could use the service elevator.

The facilities (gym and lobby) are nice. Loved the toiletries. The bed was comfortable, but needs more blankets available. An easily accessible vending machine or wet bar would be nice.

Zoltan is awesome. He is the head valet at the hotel. He went above and beyond today to help me get my car fixed. My battery went dead overnight. He tried to jump it for me and RAN back and forth trying to get it done. This is while he is...
