Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We showed up right on time for check in & the lady told us to come back due to no rooms available & we returned later. Hotel needs more workers/help for sure & also more Luggage carriers/carts. Breakfast not being free also wasn’t wonderful, & the food wasn’t awful but not $10 per person worth.

Location was good—close to the train station for Polar Express. You might think about running a shuttle over since parking can be limited and it is a pretty far walk and slightly dangerous at night.
