suburbia location w/ plenty of parking, even though the lot was full. the beds were comfortable. good value. regrettably, our check-in process took roughly an hour due to a POS system outage. after a long drive at night, the extended wait was exhausting. that being said, your front desk staff were wonderful, empathetic and professional thru-out the ordeal.

You get what you pay for here. It’s not terrible and it’s not fantastic. It’s a good place to stay for a few nights if you’re on a budget. It does the job! I would say the cleaning probably could be a little bit better. Found some long black hair on the bathroom floor when I walked in. Not the end of the world but that’s just my critique.

Quiet overall. Breakfast had frozen burritos, you can heat up. Building could use some maintenance. Pool was ok. My card did not work on the door of the pool room, had to ask the front desk to let me in. Room smelled like it has been smoked in previously.

Clean, spacious, good staff Not enough hot water. I only had warm water for a couple of minutes, then just a cold shower. Hopefully, they will get that fixed. Otherwise, I would stay there anytime! They also need softer pillows

The location and shuttle to red rocks The floor was so dirty, my feet were black. The poor was so cold and it took over an hr for the shuttle to pick us up. The bed was very uncomfortable too
