Nice gardens and surroundings. Breakfast was Okay, more than expected, though basic. Bathroom was more up to date than the rest of the room. Rooms were old. Fixtures were old.Desk chair was ragged, and needed to be thrown out and replaced. Furniture, generally was from a previous era. The facility is very near the 101 Freeway, so noise is an issue. I don't believe that they have double pane windows which could help muffle the noise.

location super close to beach, nice view of ocean, only 5 min drive from , downtown ventura and restaurants, room big enough and staff very kind and welcoming a bit of smell and carpet looked super outdated and old. Arm chair really old and not so clean, not enough crhairs to seat in, could use a small table and chairs by window, with such a nice view of ocean. Pool towels too small and thin, barely dried .

The location to town, S.B. And most of all, the beach. The room was spacious and the little extra sitting area (we were in the Vickers abode) was a nice place to sit and eat dinners as a family. The air conditioner was very noisy making it difficult to get much sleep.

the property is going through remodeling right now, but it was still a wonderful place to stay....kept up remarkably well, Only discomfort was the AC was out in our room which was dissappointing because I was too warm, AC being out in our room
