hotel looks newly painted and very clean I had a big problem with staff. I stayed there for my sons medical school graduation, arrived Thursday and I advised front desk family was joining me Friday, left room key at front desk for my niece. (wrote my name, her name and room # on key card envelope) I was told no problem. Friday afternoon I get a call from my niece and a very rude angry clerk , he would not give her the key to the room and he got on her phone and demanded I give him more information. this is all happening while my son was graduating...I explained to the clerk (tried) I left the key for my niece with the morning clerk..

The price My room was next to the pool so lots of people were walking by, also my floor was dirty I was walking around the room bare foot and my feet turned black from the floors being dirty. Also the shower was very pretty but the water ran out into the bathroom and puddled everywhere
