Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach

★★★★★

Loved how comfy the beds were. The location was literally near everything including the beach which is what we mainly came for. Staff was friendly as well. Also loved how spacious the rooms are. Didn't like that the breakfast shutdown before 10am. We were there 30 minutes prior and there was nothing but cold stuff. No hot food. It should run til 10am then shutdown since thats the time given. Also disliked the fact we had to pay for our parking. I've stayed everywhere and this is the first time I've ever had to do that but its Cali so what do you expect. Also didnt like that they didnt have Netflix or movie channels on their TV.

the hotel had breakfast, hot coffee, and very friendly staff. The rooms are also very clean and roomy. The hotel is also very accessible to a shopping center with a a variety of places to eat, The hotel is also about a mile away from the pier and its a nice walk. I didn't like the smell of the lobby. I am not sure if it was the lobby or a person who was wearing a cheap perfume.

Staff A+ REALLY helpful and friendly My room was spacious clean and as described Bed and bedding super comfortable Vending machine was never working - actually asked someone at desk one day but he wasn’t able to tell me Breakfast was always exactly the same items and could have included couple of other fruits or items - could have been slightly better .

Staff were very friendly and engaging. Thank you Dorely, Marie, Herickson, Chris, Bianca. Large, clean room, room facilities (coffee machine, microwave) Dare I say the smoking area was in the car park/garage - not discreet at all.
