Mr Steve the front office gentleman was very kind and welcoming. Mr Guillermo was very nice and attentive at the bar. The outdated overall decor of the hotel. A little paint and carpet replacement would do wonders for this place. It's still a great place to visit., fight with all due respect and honesty it is very dated and the carpet has a bad smell.

The rooms are decent with clean a bathroom. The check in process was tedious and long. The front desk personnel were not able to identify my reservation despite my confirmation on hand. The staff were stingy with towels and at one spell a janitor who was incidentally at the front desk was rude and did not want the towels that we need for swimming.
