The location wasn't bad and close to Newport Beach which is where I should have stayed at.

I had to wait for over an hour for my room to be cleaned. Some of the staff was rude. The rooms and the entire hotel could be cleaner. There are garbage bags all around the hotel. They will not clean the rooms daily.

At first, I thought the place was decent. It looks a little run down, but there were various leaks around the property.

Easy check in and check out. The girl at the front desk was nice. I had read some of the reviews and was somewhat regretting the booking, but I was pleasantly surprised. Room accommodations were nice and it was clean.
