Location, rooms, pool.. Morning front desk staff was very nice and helpful. (Barbara and young girl !). BUT, Manager was awful, and afternoon staff at fron desk as well as in the restaurant very very unpolite! Same experience as 2 years ago!!! Happens when there is a bad manager. Pity cause the hotel is great! But very bad when you needed some help or service. Laudry man and cleaning ladies very nice!

Very welcoming staff, extremely dog friendly. Sunset toast was an unexpected bonus. A lot of stairs to navigate but we knew that going in, they were accommodating and made sure we had first floor room with dogs.Beach not very accessible without walking a bit towards town - probably 15 minutes.
