I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Riverside Tyler Mall. Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the location is convenient and close to shopping and restaurants, the overall condition of the property needs improvement. The rooms appeared dated, cleanliness was not up to standard, and the surroundings did not feel very comfortable as homeless people were roaming around the lot just like their drawing room. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of poor maintenance, which affected the quality of the stay. On the positive side, the hotel offers basic amenities, parking, an Cockroaches on the bed, out of order electric equipment, dirty and broken floors and homeless people roaming around the hotel during day and night times and some of them knocking the doors even in the dead of the night.

Price was low. Everything else. Front desk attendant is locked up and makes you do business through an ourside window. I chose a smoking room on booking.con and the hotel doesnt even offer those. The place was sketchy with thugs/lowlifes hanging out in the parking lot and in front of the rooms. Room was in bad condition. Was clean enough but hadnt been worked onnin 10+ years. Very beat up. They also make you sign a waiver/rule acknowledgement with a lot of ways for them to deny returning your deposit, which fslt scammy.

It was all the drug user who hung around the steps when we would try leave or come back to our rooms. People camping out by the door overnight. Breakfast was not available. There was a green light in the restroom vent and the other room didnt have it. The elevator was dirty.

The person that checked us in was rude and unaccommodating. When we told her that the online booking had specifics, instead of helping us, she immediately wanted to refund us, and my room was charged before we even got there.

Close by Didn’t feel safe there I felt like my car was gonna get broke into and there was all kinds of people on the parking lot with bike cycles and walking around and the bed sheets look like they had blood stains on them

Room was fine. Junkies in the hall. Very dodgy people everywhere. Once you're in the room with the door locked it's great.

Rooms were nice and clean. Homeless hanging out in the parking lot and around the doors of the rooms all night.
