Me gusto la comodidad de nuestras camas. Well, we found cockroach in our bathroom. I reported and the lady on duty said that she can change us to another room, but we need to leave at that time for our weeding. Then I asked her if we can move when we came back and she said no. I mean I reported the issue hoping to have a different answer but she didn't care much about it.

The staff was exceptional. The desk clerk went above & beyond Not happy with booking.com. They were deceptive & lied to me. I changed my check in date. You said you called to confirm with the property but you did not. Then you charged me an wxtra $34.31 which you pocketed. Very disappointed in company

Super nice lady working breakfast room. Front desk man nice, efficient at check in. Back the next morning. The Wi-Fi. You have to sigh up for the service, and it still didn’t work well.
