Everyone is great, good breakfast, comfortable beds Please read my whole statement,Unfortunately the bathroom door smashed my hand and broke my right finger, this was because the door closed too fast, I did speak about it, to the front desk, because I have grandchildren and I would not like a child to go to what happened to me. The pool was too cold and the actual pool was not completely in doors. The place is truly great, and price was actually great too, comfortable beds, really nice breakfast, the only 2 things to me were what happened to me and the pool

David was at the desk when we arrived and throughout that evening. I found him to be super helpful and enjoyed getting to interact with him. Breakfast was not terrible, but it could have been better. We had sausage and eggs. The sausage was "soggy". Not sure if that was due to the method of cooking or the steam warmer. The waffle maker was a nice touch. The drapes in our room were stained and the AC had a hard time keeping the room cooled.

I liked the price & location. The air in the hotel is just thick & has a smell to it. I didn’t like how there’s no water available in the room. Floors are creaking when walking in certain areas of the room (3rd floor) Beds make noise when moving around. No trash bucket in room other than the one in the bathroom. $150 deposit is crazy.
