I like that the Crystal, at the desk was very friendly, remembered us from our previous stay, and returned our charger that was left in the room. Also, it's very quiet, convenient, and has a few restaurant choices. The water in the tub went down just a tad bit slow for me. Other than that it was fine.

Big beautiful clean room. Bed was good. Pillows adequate. The pool is an outdoor and the card reader was not working to get back in. Just a few more steps to the main entrance in my wet suit. I am sure it was fixed promptly
