Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas, Scottsdale

All of the villa staff, from security guards, maintenance staff, receptionists, to concierge services, were all exceptional and extremely helpful. Loved separate pool areas. Liked the Sheraton's hot chocolate hour in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Liked the bar-b-que grills, workout room, and beautiful landscaping. Definitely DID NOT LIKE paying $30.00 per night to park plus breakfast was not included. These extras add up. Next time, I will probably go elsewhere and use the $$$ to stay an extra night, stay at a hotel that includes breakfast, or simply save the $$$. The villa property was wonderful and a nice experience. I knew the additional costs before staying, but I will likely not stay there again.

It was a really nice hotel, clean, big room and lots of amenities. Free coffee in the lobby. Washer and dryer in room. Activities ended at 4pm, even on 4th of july. Could have more activities. Could benefit from live music in evening and music by the pool during the day. restuarant open later (closes at 6pm). Add a slide ;) Misters?

Accommodations were fantastic and property was in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and everything was on time with anything I requested. There was nothing in particular that stands out I did not like at all. In other words everything was above expectations and look forward to one day returning for another visit there.

The size of the unit was perfect. Loved the kitchen, balcony and bathroom. Beds were so comfortable. Close to everything in Scottsdale and not far from Phoenix. Being charged for parking when urs their lot.

The suites were comfortable and very well stocked, great location for our purpose of visiting, and the pool was absolutely awesome! We actually preferred it to the JW Marriott!
