Friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate my request to be on ground level being fulfilled. The facility was clean and smelled great, especially for being a pet friendly establishment. I REALLY liked the full sized fridge/freezer in the room. I also liked the convenient location. I did not care for the pillows, but that’s my personal preference. I would say to bring your own pillow if you also prefer something firmer.

The room was big, and the bed was comfy. Adequate window covering. An iron and ironing board were available upon request. Liked the electronic keypad to the room. The building does not lock, so people who are not guests can enter the facility. Recommend using an electronic keypad for the building as well. Although we didn't experience any issues, I recommend that security be visible to prevent any issues.

Staff was very friendly. We needed a hair dryer, and he found one for us. Great location. A lot of outlets were great! Microwave and refrigerator were a nice feature. I wish there was a tissue box. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy.
