Clean. Quiet. It took a very long time to check in due to the fact that the evening front desk employee was incompetent. On our way there, she gave us inaccurate information over the phone. Once we arrived, she had difficulty using the computer system, so she could not secure a room for us. She had to call a coworker multiple times. She gave incorrect information concerning breakfast and checkout times. Therefore, breakfast was terrible: no meat, old eggs, hard biscuits, no orange juice, dark room. The morning employee was friendly and helpful.

It was very nice and spacious the front desk staff was very nice! The lady that dealt with the breakfast was not friendly. There was so many families that was there before breakfast was over and wanted waffles but she refused to bring more out but then when another man came in idk if he was apart of the staff and he wanted waffles she made it for him but not for the customers. She was not very nice she was asked if there was any water she barked back NO! Instead of being polite about it!

The hot breakfast was delicious and comparable to any of the breakfast restaurants. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Location was quiet which provided for a great sleep. I wish the receptionist was better informed of the local restaurants, tourist information, location of sights, etc. She was unable to answer any questions asked about local information.

For the places we need to go, it was excellent. Breakfast has sufficient selections. Coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. It would have been better if there's a kettle and real coffee cups in the room. Pillows have stains.

Stayed at the GreenTree to check it out for a wedding. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was fantastic! Way outdid my expectation. Staff was very helpful, especially Jackie. Daniel is also wonderful. Have dealt with him in person and on the phone.
