Great location, beautiful scenery. Felt safe. Pool was warm and kids loved it. Other guests were friendly. The rooms were big. The hotel overall was quiet. The breakfast was good and sufficiently stocked. I prepaid via the app when booking the rooms and upon arrival the property could not figure out how to continue with the booking. After 2 hours in the hot lobby, we had to just completely cancel the reservation and rebook a completely different way. Room furniture showed wear and tear but appreciated that the room was clean.
