The breakfast was a bonus surprise for us. It was enjoyable and fit our needs. Evening wine in the courtyard was awesome. The hotel is secluded well enough that you don't hear anything other than the birds. But yet it is so close to a wonderful shopping and dining area that you need not use your car. Walking the area was a great deal of fun. And the property is centrally located in Sedona so you are very close to most everything you would want to do and see. We did not know what to expect before arriving. The check in process was very well done. We received a personal room tour and a walk arou Nothing....our stay was beyond our expectations.

The staff was very nice and the office area down below was really nice. It was very clean and organized. Parking was excellent. I loved the refreshment's area and the coffee . I loved the patio and fire place area. I’ll be visiting again. Thank you! The rug in the middle of the floor in my room had dog hair and the shower had hair in the shower prior to us using it. The sunlight was very bright in that room early in the morning and it would wake you up. Maybe some window shades would help in that area.

This was a unique boutique hotel. There were so many nice personal touches (the complimentary snacks, smores kits, fresh eggs and pastries, decor in the lobby and the individual rooms, the courtyard) which made this a special place to stay. The owner and staff were so nice and helpful throughout the stay. It is super convenient to all things in the main town of Sedona. Nothing. It was all excellent.

Excellent continental breakfast with a nice variety of pastry options, and great coffee, tea, and fruit options to choose from. Staff was great and we really enjoyed meeting the owner, Steve, in particular who was very gracious and engaging.
