A hotel with a Southwestern vibe in the Ponderosa pines, offering king rooms with a spa bath. The tub is visible in the photos above. A guest put it this way: “The front staff was awesome. We loved the pool and hot tub (in January - indoor pool-water was warm). Room covered all the basics, clean and comfortable.”

location was convenient The front desk staff was very nice the first two ladies I spoke with, but then the third lady on my check out day was not cooperative. she messed my check out telling she couldn't provide a receipt, then she apologized when she checked the status of the reservation and fount out she was wrong. she didn't need to apologize if she just checked the reservation conditions.

The location of the hotel is centrally located for Payson activities. Breakfast was good with many options. I booked through Booking.com. Booking through the hotel directly would have been less expensive. I will do better research next time. I paid $233.00 per night. I feel that is expensive for a town like Payson. Maybe it was due to the July 4th weekend.

Great location right on the main highway with plenty of restaurants and fast food places in walking distance. 20 min. drive to the Tonto Natural Bridge. Hotel was clean, with friendly, professional staff. Breakfast had cold and hot options. Additional bonus was to see a herd of elk across from the parking lot. Everything was great.

Our room was lovely and spacious. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed with our Grandson and we enjoyed the pool very much. We didn't enjoy the breakfast at all. There wasn't much choice and it was very bland especially the omelettes. Very disappointing.
