I liked the area, the ease of parking, the cereal for breakfast and the balcony set up. It was very convenient and the staff was pretty nice. The fridge was nice. The water pressure was great. Some areas weren't the cleanest. The tub looked like it needed a deep cleaning. I even found an extra wash cloth balled up in the tub. I was pressed for time so I didn't bother the staff but they really should check the rooms better before assigning guests there. Empty vending machines. Walls were kind of thin but that's ok. I called before booking and a person in charge of reservations- Sarahi- told me the price was $170 and misled me when I asked why booking.com was showing $107. I almost chose another hotel just because she misled and then hung up on me.

Roof over my head. Bed to sleep in. Coffee in the tam. Wow! Room was 52degrees when I went in, and stayed fairly chilly throughout. I was told by night clerk that there would be a blanket in room. I had driven 22 hours straight through and was real tired. Looking forward to a nap. Presented my confirmation number. Bookings.com. No reservation at the Microtel could be found. I had to call Egypt at United States time ca 2:30 am and find my reservation. At any rate the parking lot appeared fairly sparse, and I believed that I was getting the runaround. Unhappy was I. Night clerk finally telephoned his boss, then matters seemed to get resolved. Breakf

Coffee was good each morning and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well once we figured out how to adjust (a little sign on the unit directing us to the control next to the bathroom would have been helpful). The staff were lovely. The only breakfast there on weekdays was frozen waffles that you could toast, cereal, and small containers of apple sauce. On Saturday and Sunday there were tiny muffins, itsy bitsy sausage biscuits, and yogurt that were pretty much completely gone by 7:05 am. So come expecting not much.

The staff was nice but for the price of the stay was not worth it . Because the sheet had stains in it and the phone to call guest service didn’t work. The room supposed to have a couch but it was like a small day bed by the window.

Convenient location to the onterstate. Wasn't clean. The bathtub had mold/mildew around the faucet and the tub itself did not look like it had been cleaned or it was very stained. The linens were worn out and didn't smell clean.

Bad… Pancake machine was broke and worker didn’t know how to fix. Sausage and biscuit was very small and hard Eggs were just not good. Didn’t look like eggs You could hear conversations from the hall.
