The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and in a good location. I loved that they had coffee available all day. Our microwave didn't work. We reported it the first night. We stayed three nights. They never came to fix or replace it. It was very inconvenient going to the lobby from the third floor each time we had to warm something up.

Staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Housekeeping was courteous. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was particularly musty. I know that the humidity in the South is difficult to control, but we found our room to be quite unpleasant to spend time in because of the mustiness and dampness.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good The bathroom needed to be updated. The faucets and bathtub made it feel dirty because they really needed to be changed.

Easy to get to Parking some nights were hard to come by. Eighteen wheelers parked in the property instead of the side street location

Breakfast was good; I enjoyed my coffee and muffin. My husband did eat eggs and sausage. The eating area was very clean. I like that there was access to each side of the building using a key card when not parked near the front entrance.
