The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to be. The hot tub and fire pit were broken. The amenities are part of the joy of staying at a hotel and should be working and clean. The hours of the pool and hot tub close too early. 10:00 is a normal and reasonable time. Not sunrise to sunset.

I loved the vibe and feel of this property from the time I walked thru the front door. It was rustic and had a southern vibe with its accents and decor… loved it! The entire building was very clean and the staff were great.

Exceptional friendly staff at the reception, very clean rooms and beautiful garden. Bus stop 3 mins walking distance from the hotel, lots of uber close by.
