★★★★★
The staff. Front desk attendant was super nice and helpful. She seemed to be handling a lot by herself. The room could’ve been much much cleaner. I got a room with a hot tub in the room, but there was no ventilation. So everything in the room felt wet, and there was definitely mold on the curtains and pubic hair in the hot tub. We always wipe down everything with a disinfectant wipe, but it would be nice to not have to do that.
