The girl that checked me in, although she didn’t know much and I think she was new. She was very kind and courteous. I went downstairs to get some snacks. I was told that they were having a shift change and I would have to wait. I waited a few minutes and ask them how long it would be and they said well it’s gonna be a little bit longer and I would’ve charged to my room And they asked me is that OK but I’d have to wait and I told them no and left the peanuts there on the on the desk and she had time enough to go over there and grab the peanuts put peanuts up, but I would charge it to my room instead of using cash like I plan on doing. The lady was very rude

The bed were very comfortable I'm on O2, was put on the 3rd floor, also in a wheel chair. The electricity went off at approx 8 pm, didn't come back on till approx 10 pm which was a long time trapped with no oxygen and no way down stairs. People in wheelchairs should have 1st choice of first floor rooms if they don't want to buy a generator to run the building. We did ask about a generator but we're told management had told them they couldn't get one except for first floor...
