Morning and some night staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ended early by 9am. The eggs were to watery. Other then that good breakfast. 1 night staff was rude. All because she was too busy chatting with her friends that were there. Mind you all I wanted was a cup of ice and pay for a snack cash. Didn’t even allow me to tell her when she just dismissed me right away.

The room was clean, and the surrounding was clean too. The food was good, and just enough for our tummy. The towels and bedding was white and looks clean. I highly recommend this place.

Very convenient location of the hotel to the center and all significant places. Clean and tidy hotel. With nice employees and with special care for cleanliness and order. This is a big plus of the hotel.

Quiet and comfortable room. All staff were friendly. Easy access to Oaklawn and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Hot Springs.
