When arriving to check in the person at the front was pleasant and kind and she helped with what I was asking for. Just to let everyone know is this place does not have late check out. My daughter was in the hospital and I wanted to stay a bit longer with her that’s why I ask for a late check in the morning plus no one was at the front desk. I had to talk to an Indian dude through a computer monitor. What happen to face to face customer service. Will for that I rated the place down.

It would be nice if they were able to provide breakfast. I understand COVID played a part. The bed is very comfortable. Love being upstairs. Very Quiet. I love the fact they have a kitchen with stove, full sink, microwave. Really do not have any major complaints, just needs to be a little cleaner. Found some trash, and one of the dishes in the cupboard was dirty. I am glad I caught that because we would not have left dirty dishes.

There were a few things in the room that showed some modernizing, but mostly it was bordering on 60's grubby. I could tell that people had put care into the place, but not capital. The beds were saggy, the sheets were thin. But the one group it should be marketed to is BARGAIN hunters, though we were there on a weekend of high occupancy due to NAU graduation so it was hardly inexpensive.

Location. The shower! The soap, the LIVE staff. Trying to use the men on the kiosk. Couldn’t understand them- closed captioning made no sense and it picked up all the conversations of everyone in the lobby. Ended up being helped by the staff.

It was clean and quiet. The location was right off Route 66 so it was very easy to get around. I did not like having to use virtual kiosk to check in. We were checked in under the wrong reservation and given a key to an occupied room.

hotel was close to everything absolutely no where to hang anything - no hooks of any kind. only provided with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth. had to ask for hand towels and more washcloths.
